I found Bloom with Love when I needed a last minute arrangement and called only about 20 minutes before closing. I accidentally rushed to their previous location, but she stayed late and waited for me. When I arrived, she had secretly created the exact single color bouquet I had asked about, even though it wasn’t in stock and wasn’t something they normally offer in that size. It was such an incredible surprise!! I’ve now used Bloom with Love twice in two weeks, and my second experience was just as amazing. The arrangements are stunning, incredibly fresh, and filled with details I’ve never seen anywhere else, especially the custom ribbons with messages like “Happy Birthday” and “Thinking of You.” This is no ordinary flower shop. The quality, creativity, and customer service are truly unmatched. I will never use another florist!

I want to start off by saying I love the flowers themselves they look beautiful and fresh, next is the arrangement itself, it is very clean and elegant, definitely looks and feels like something worth gifting to anyone in your life. Next I want to get into the service side of it, I didn’t catch her name but the girl at the counter and who answers the phone is honestly such a great helper. I won’t get into specifics but she really went above in beyond in helping me out with the bouquet. If you are looking for a gift for someone you love, appreciate, or want to apologize to, then I definitely recommend you buy some flowers. I know I for one will come back and they definitely earned my business!!!

Came in last minute to get flowers for my wife and daughter. Olivia & Maria are incredible. Best flower shop by far in KC. I won’t go anywhere else

Been here about 4 times. Great the first 3 times the 4th time may have been my last. First time purchasing an order online. They call me the day of to tell me what I order is not in stock so either wait for my money to return or get something that I did not order. Literally about to head out of my house to go pick up, then I received a phone call. I hate leaving bad reviews but that was a first I learned my lesson never order anything online unless you have a backup plan or spare money. Mind you I spent 135$. I would have been more empathic if I had received a phone call at least the day before so I could have made a new plan. They had some flowers of display that I went ahead and went with. But in all honestly they looked kind of old low-key. But it was all very last minute. Probably honestly will never go back. But they do have great flowers so idk. They did fill my order even though it wasn’t what I ordered. Ordered red roses. All they had was white.
